Order Cancellation Policy

  • If the customers need order cancelation they must request it within 48 hours. The order cancellation request can be via Email, Whatsapp, or live chat support within 24 hours. After order cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email. If the order cancellation request has been made after 24 hours there will be a 35% of deduction of the paid amount. However, if the cancellation request is placed after 48 hours we are liable to deduct 50% of the total amount paid by the customer.
  • Customers are requested to use Email, to reach our customer support representatives for the cancellation of his or her order.
  • If the request for order cancellation is made after 48 hours there will be a deduction of 35% from the paid amount.
  • However, a 50% deduction can be caused if the cancellation request has been placed within 5 days before delivery.
  • After order confirmation, customers can cancel their order within 5 days. Otherwise, cancellation requests will not be entertained if the order is dispatched but you will have the option to return the order with our easy return policy within 30 days. Send the product back to us in the original condition and you will get a full refund on the amount.
