Our 30 days easy Exchange and Return policy can be approved at the point that there is any difference in size, design/ shading, or not close by to the picture of the item on the site. But this is applicable only if applied within 7 days. Take a snap/photo to highlight the issue so that it will be entertained within 30 days. Our customer support team is available 24 hours at your service to refund or exchange the product. After 7 days any request for return, refund or exchange will not be entertained.

The product becomes ineligible for the refund if there is any alternation or removal of tags.
If the product is exploited refund or exchange there will be no return or exchange.

After the product is delivered if there is an issue the customer can request the return with the product images and a clear description of the particular product. If the return of the product is approved after the investigation the customers are liable to pay the shipping cost and earlier postage cost that was paid by us because we offer to ship but it is not free to us.

If you ordered the product from the website and want to exchange the product with different colors or sizes, we will exchange it free of cost with the exact new product as per your desire. You are liable to pay the postage cost.
If the return is confirmed our customer support will send you an RMA number to stick on the delivery box that you will ship to our warehouse.
Customers are not liable to pay heavy custom duties as we considered it as a gift to our customers. But you may pay minimal charges over these products as every country has its customer policy. So the customer is liable to pay those charges according to their location.
