After the order confirmation and payment is approved it takes 6 to 8 business days for shipping. When your package is dispatched you will receive an email from our customer support with all the shipping and tracking details. In case you want to talk to us you can contact us Email for a prompt response. Sometimes there may be a delay in delivery due to the public holidays or natural disasters if any.

Our customers can avail of Free Shipping Over $49 but in case of urgent delivery, our policies are made on Expedite Shipping of $35 it takes 6 to 7 days in processing and more than 1 to 2 business days for delivery of the product.

We are unable to provide delivery to Russia, Israel, India, Pakistan, Ukraine, and Philippines.

SHIPPING ACCESS

The customer support team facilitates the buyers by sending confirmation emails that contain tracking and shipping about the product delivered to the destination. For delivery, we have joined hands with the most trusted services such as DHL, Express, and Fed Ex Express. In case a customer is unable to receive the package due to unavailability they can leave a note with the address of whom they want to receive the parcel on their behalf.

APPLICABLE NOTES FOR SURE

The clients are requested to provide exact shipping details including address, contact number, and relevant personal details for hassle-free delivery. It is required that the client must provide us complete residential address for shipping since we don’t deliver the package to APO/FPO addresses. Order Confirmation By Jacketoria

When a buyer places an order at Jacketoria, he or she will receive a notification about the order confirmation and a complete copy of the ordered item’s receipt. If you don’t receive a notification it means that your order is failed due to some technical issue. The order will not be shipped or forwarded until the confirmation receipt has been sent to the customer.

For Damage or Delay In Order

If the order received by the client is damaged or faulty then you are required to contact our support team via Email, within 7 Business Days to bring it to our notice. Moreover, there are 30 days a time for easy return and get a refund on your order. Also, there is a compensation policy for the delay in order or damages caused to the order items. If the customer didn’t receive the order the credit will be sent back to the credit card or PayPal account, or a replacement will be provided.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

For the order Confirmation customer will receive an email about the shipment of the product including the tracking ID. The estimated delivery time for the order is 2 to 5 business days and in Expedited shipping, it will take 1 to 2 business days for delivery of the product at your doorstep.
