30 Days Easy Return And Exchange Policy

We offer our clients an easy exchange and return policy within 30 days. After receiving your desired product you can avail this offer in 30 days. If you find any issue regarding the parcel you can freely connect with our customer care department.  If you get any discrimination in design, color, or size you can apply for the given policy. Our team will make it feasible to resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

When you get any issue with the parcel just click a picture of your parcel and share it with us along with the purchase receipt. But after 30 days this policy will expire and we will no longer be able to address your problem anyhow. So, in order to get facilitate our 30 days’ easy return and exchange policy please make sure to reach out to us within the given time limit. 

Standards on which our refund policy does not applicable on

• If you have ordered some customized pieces or have changed the alternation according to your choice then those pieces will not be exchanged or refunded at any cost.

• We will not refund the order in case of your change of mind situation.
• In case of an unwilling or unintentional purchase of an item, the policy will not be applicable. 
• If you have misused the product then it would not be exchanged or returned or refunded.
• If the product is not in the same condition in which we have delivered you the refund/exchange or refund, any policy will not be considered.

Exchange Policy

If we have delivered the wrong color or size rather than your desired one then we will change it according to your choice. Or if we have shipped the right product that you have ordered but still you do not like the color or want to exchange it for some other ones then we will do it for you, and exchange it with the desired piece. 

The same goes for the size chart. If the delivered product size is not going well then you can exchange it. You just have to pay the delivery charges this time.
